Patrick Darnell – C.E.O

Patrick is a developer with experience that spans over 20 years working for top national builders.  Over this time, he has managed the land acquisition, entitlement, and development of real estate that has generated over 2 billion Dollars in sales revenue.  Patrick has a B.S. in Real Estate and Land Economics from California State University Fresno and an MBA from University of Phoenix.  

As a veteran in the industry Patrick has spent years developing key relationships with landowners, civil engineers, contractors, and investors.  Patrick is committed to ensuring that projects benefit all parties involved and are managed with practical ideas that continue to build value and trust.

Jason Lewis – President

Jason is an industry professional with a decade of experience serving top-ten national homebuilders. Jason comes from a financial practice background, having served as CFO for other organizations prior to coming to one of the nation’s top builders in a financial capacity. After which he rotated through various positions inside of the home building business to broaden understanding of all processes. In spearheading the land acquisition efforts of his division, in 2021 Jason secured contracts with a revenue value of approximately $439,000,000.

Mr. Darnell has over 20 years of professional experience in real estate development. He was the Vice President of Land for the Central Valley Division for multiple national builders. Dating back to 2003, Mr. Darnell has successfully been involved in all phases of the land development process: risk and financial analysis, acquisition, entitlement, and site development.
